| Details: College Assistance Migrant ProgramAdmissions Recruiter (Education Specialist) The Research Foundation of SUNY College at Oneonta invites applications for Admissions Recruiter (Education Specialist) for its College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP), which provides students from migrant/seasonal farmworking families with a comprehensive array of support services during their first year of college. This is a twelve (12) month position with a special emphasis on recruitment and admissions. We are seeking a person who has the ability to work independently, is out-going, highly motivated and creative. Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting eligible students from New York State for the Oneonta program, including planning, implementing and documenting recruitment initiatives; and assisting eligible students in all phases of the application and admissions process. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree; bilingual in Spanish/English; prior experience counseling adolescents or young adults, preferably in an academic setting; ability to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
